USER AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and purchases made through the Hearthline Home website. By browsing the website, adding an item to your bag, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

ABOUT HEARTHLINE HOME

Hearthline Home is a brand operated by Horizon Ridge LLC, located at 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, Maricopa County, United States. References to “Hearthline Home,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that business. References to “you” mean the person using the website or placing an order.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information, use the website only for lawful purposes, and avoid conduct that could disrupt, damage, overload, scrape, or compromise the website or its systems. You may not impersonate another person, submit malicious code, misuse another customer’s information, or use the website to violate applicable law.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

The current collection is listed below. Product names, descriptions, colors, dimensions, availability, and prices may change without notice. Images are intended to represent the product and may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, materials, or production differences.

We may correct typographical, pricing, or availability errors and may cancel an order affected by an obvious error. If an order is cancelled after payment authorization, we will arrange for the applicable authorization to be released or refunded.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Adding a product to the bag does not reserve inventory. An order is accepted when the order confirmation is presented by the website. We may decline or cancel an order when information is incomplete, a product becomes unavailable, the order appears unauthorized, or the order would violate these terms. If we cancel an accepted order, we will contact you using the information submitted with the order.

CARD DESCRIPTOR

Your credit card will be billed as HEARTHLINE HOME on your statement. Questions about an unfamiliar charge should be raised through the Contact page with enough information for us to locate the order.

SHIPPING

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and are generally delivered within 3–5 business days by USPS. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, address errors, or events outside our control. Standard shipping is $7.00; orders of $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless an offer states otherwise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A return request may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Contact us through the website before sending a parcel so that we can provide the correct instructions. Items should be unused, clean, and packed securely with the order information. Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

After the returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund. We may decline a return that is materially used, damaged through customer handling, incomplete, or submitted outside the return window.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly through the Contact page and include a description and photographs when practical. We will review the report and provide the appropriate next step.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, branding, written content, product names, photographs, graphics, layout, and code are owned by or licensed to Horizon Ridge LLC. You may view the website for personal use, but may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, frame, sell, or create derivative works from its content without written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Horizon Ridge LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Product information is general information and is not a promise that a product will meet a particular personal, decorative, or functional result.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Horizon Ridge LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, AN ORDER, OR A PRODUCT. Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold harmless Horizon Ridge LLC, its contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before starting a formal proceeding, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written communication. Notices to Hearthline Home should be sent to Horizon Ridge LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, Maricopa County, United States. To the extent allowed by law, each party waives a jury trial and agrees not to bring a claim as a class or representative action.

GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be narrowed or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
